Solution On the bottom of the paper submission interface you may see a section where you have to confirm you are not a robot. We do this to prevent spammers abusing our system.

We use the tool provided by Google, and you must see an image close to this (see the aece-human-check.jpg on the bottom). If you are logged on any Google account, simply click on the square on the left of "I'm not a robot" text. Otherwise, you'll have to solve a simple image (you'll see some indications next to the image).

Very important: We strongly recommend Chrome, but any up-to-date browser will work. You'll not see the image as presented here, and therefore not be able to make a submission, on obsolete browsers that are no longer supported by their creators (Internet Explorer 11 for example).
