QuestionSubmit critical notes or responses to papers
Solution I've identified some technical problems, measurement results inaccuracies, wrong investigation methods, etc. and I would like to submit critical notes or response to a paper.

The answer has two parts:

1. The paper has been published in our journal

If you identify problems with an article published in our journal, you are first advised to contact the authors of the respective paper. If the problem could not be clarified, you may contact us explaining the situation. If we consider appropriate, we'll contact the author to publish a "Correction to" paper. If the authors are not willing to respond, you may write a "Response to" paper and submit it for evaluation.

2. The paper has been published in another journal

This case you are kindly suggested to contact the respective authors and/or the editor of the respective journal, to clarify the situation. We do not enter in any technical or scientific dispute, so we do not publish "Response to" type papers if the original paper has been published in another journal.
