QuestionI paid the publication fee but I didn't receive a confirmation by E-mail. Is there a problem?

Solution You are informed about the transaction (Accept/Reject) just after all information about your credit card are processed by our partner (www.romcard.ro) and you are returned on our web-site. You are advised to print that page for further references (see the attached picture).

Just after the payment was approved by your Bank, the money from your account is blocked in our favor but they will be effectively transferred at the moment we will confirm the payment, at a later date (but no more than 30 days).

If your payment is rejected (for different reasons - the message is self explanatory on the returning page on our web-site) you may try again the payment (please notice all transaction details are monitored and information is recorded by Visa/Mastercard).

We will process the payments several days (10-14) after the payment deadline for an issue. All authors that payed the publication fee will receive a E-mail message from us indicating the payment transaction details.
