Solution If you cannot access our web-site it is almost sure you have a connectivity issue. In order to maximize our web-site uptime, we have a so called "DNS Failover" mechanism. If the main server experiences connectivity issues, the DNS record for "www.aece.ro" is changed in real-time to another web-server, located in a different physical location (at the moment this answer is written, the backup server is located in Amsterdam). The backup web-server will serve the AECE content until the main hosting server is up again.
