QuestionI'm sure I've followed all the template rules, but why my paper is in "Incorrect Format" status?
Solution All paper checks are done manually, by humans. Even a human may be wrong, we assure you the checks are done carefully and a wrong decision is very improbable. You have to double-check the styles, column widths, number of pages, the references section, etc. In many cases in the Editor Comments section of your Paper Status Interface you will find some hints.
