A fault diagnosis system based on neuro-fuzzy model is proposed. The wall hang boiler is modeled as a second order fuzzy model in a dynamic configuration. The identification model methos is used as basic tool for estimation of the parameters of neuro-fuzzy system. The signals used in fault diagnosis need various preprocessing phases due to many component tolerances, noises and environment disturbances. The experimental results along with theoretical support are presented.
